ALLMOVE’s data storage vault provides 24-hour security for your data
ALLMOVE’s
data storage vault is a climate controlled stand-alone facility inside
our record centre. Its concrete walls are rated for four hours in case
of fire. It is alarmed and monitored 24 hours a day by camera surveillance.
The vault is continuously temperature and humidity controlled for
high and low tolerance items.
We are registered with the CGD (Controlled Goods Directorate) so that in accordance with the Defense Production Act, we are able to possess or transfer records or media for companies that require this high level of security. All employees are bonded, and have undergone an extensive background check.
Our data vault ensures your data’s security by:
- Restricting vault access to highest clearance employees
- Registering all visitors and escorting them at all times
- Monitoring vault access separately from our record centre
- Conducting 15 fire inspections a year for our data vault and record centre
- Maintaining temperature and humidity within specified tolerances
- Monitoring our record centre by an established alarm company
- Recording activity by surveillance camera 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Equipping the record centre with sprinkler systems and early detection fire rays
- Using halon suppression to protect against possible water damage
